My Catering Events.
Over the last 30 years I have catered for different churches and family events. I love to create the menu with the host to ensure they get what they want.
Many of the church events eg kids club, pot luck, study dinners for 20 were weekly events. Others were monthly events on a roster system.
For all church events it was all on a volunteer basis so no payment was given for my time. One of the 3 churches paid for the ingredients only after the event.
