Home delivery meals

Eating out  is for my own love of food and sharing my favorites with you.

Hi, I’m Barb. I  love trying different cuisines. I have had to adjust my tastes due to different medical issues that have arisen over the last 15 years. I no longer eat in the physical at a Restaurant or Cafe. I usually get home delivery.

  • Chicken 🐔 King – BBQ Chicken, Roast Pork Dinner, Salads (rocket salad, caesar salad, greek salad, garden salad) Roast pumpkin, Gravy
  • Rustic Thai Restaurant : Pad Prik Khing Pork, Thai chili basil chicken, pad cha Eggplant or seafood,  Seafood in ginger sauce, satay skewers, peanut sauce
  • Peacock Palace Restaurant:  Chinese satay skewers, Garlic King Prawns no oyster sauce or msg,  kroopook (prawn crackers)
  • Foodworks : hot roast pork, BBQ Chicken, Gravy,  Caesar salad (*no croutons)
  • Coles/Woolworths/Aldi: Salad kits, BBQ Chicken, Roast Pork, Prawn cocktail
  • Foodcourt : Tokyo sushi stand- wakame salad or smoked salmon salad bowl (no Surami)

  • GYG – bowls double grilled meat, swap rice for lettuce, add black beans, pico de gallo, guacamole, coriander
  • Baked chicken & Vegetables
I cook 3 serves together to get ahead with meals and it stops me when I want a junk food fix.
  • Con Carne
This is a old 1980’s recipe I adapted from AWW (Australian Women’s Weekly) recipe collection.  This is one of the good old basic classic recipes that makes a delicious meal.
  • Optifast
I’m not doing optifast program. Just using up old stock I had.
  • What’s in the basket this week?
Top up fresh $54 Grandma Rosie’s delivered to door fresh from the market.
  • Vegetable “lasagne “
There is no pasta in this recipe. I replaced the italian lasagne sheets with a Mediterranean flare using zucchini ribbons.
  • Basa, tomato & zucchini
A simple quick meal ready in 20 minutes.
