I just love the colours in this quick sauted vegetables. Serve with your chosen protein.

Serves 2

  • 1 Onion  sliced
  • 1 large carrot sliced
  • 1 bunch family broccolini
  • 1 (full size) capsicum (*I grew mine in the vegepod)
  • 1tb Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 Pinch bicarb soda.

Method:

  1. Slice carrot onion capsicum into bite size pieces.
  2. Cut broccoli in half .
  3. Stirfry in pan with sesame oil for about 5 minutes.  You still want crunchy not mushy.
  4. Add a pinch of bicarb soda when frying to maintain the colour.
