I just love the colours in this quick sauted vegetables. Serve with your chosen protein.

Serves 2
- 1 Onion sliced
- 1 large carrot sliced
- 1 bunch family broccolini
- 1 (full size) capsicum (*I grew mine in the vegepod)
- 1tb Pure Sesame Oil
- 1 Pinch bicarb soda.
Method:
- Slice carrot onion capsicum into bite size pieces.
- Cut broccoli in half .
- Stirfry in pan with sesame oil for about 5 minutes. You still want crunchy not mushy.
- Add a pinch of bicarb soda when frying to maintain the colour.
