Catering on a Voluntary Basis

In the past I have loved catering for events for family and church.

I always tried to cater with healthier choices eg Salads for pot luck events or easy hand held food eg Skewers, Sliders, Mini Croissants, or doing Seasonal Fruit platters or Vegetable Dishes or Wraps Platters

Some events I was asked to cater for that I did complete include

  1. M.O.P.S (mother of preschool) morning teas
  2. Funeral/Wake
  3. Cooking for the homeless dinners for foodvan
  4. Cooking for homeless dinners at church house
  5. Week long church conference
  6. Church Anniversary Dinner
  7. Kids Holiday Club
  8. Kids Club Weekly Dinners for 2+ years
  9. Church Soup Sunday Missionary Fundraiser
  10. Bible Study Dinners on rotating roster for dinner’s/suppers
  11. Church pot luck lunch
  12. Supper for after church at night
  13. First Place For Health Weekend Retreats for training Australian Leaders
  14. First Place For Health Local Group catered for Church Lunches
  15. Different Family Birthday Dinners 90th’s x2
  16. Hosting Family Christmas

I was unable to do these two events but was honoured to be asked

  1. Morning Tea for Court People : Church Outreach Program
  2. Private Engagement Party – Catering for the party
  3. Co-ordinate the kitchen staff for a wedding

My health issues now prevent me from doing all Catering Events.
