Serves 1

  • 1 slice cabbage
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stick celery
  • 1 green shallot
  • 1tb kewpie mayo

Method

  1. Slice the cabbage then  shred it.
  2. Cut carrot into thin batton slices.
  3. Cut celery into thin batton slices
  4. Cut shallot on diagonal.
  5. Mix altogether in mixing bowl with the mayo.
