Serves 1

  • 150g Pork/ Chicken
  • 1/2cup mushroom sliced
  • 1tsp Tarragon/Thyme
  • 15g organic butter
  • 1tsp salt reduced chicken stock! (Massells)
  • 1 cup water

Option add

  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup green beans

Method :

  1. Slice the mushrooms. Saute in butter.
  2. Cook the pork in skillet with remaining ingredients until pork is cooked to your liking.
  3. Enjoy!
