A simple quick meal ready in 20 minutes.

You can boil eggs a few days earlier and keep the shell on until ready to serve. Keep in tupperware container with lid on in fridge. Boiled eggs are also a quick grab and go snack.

One of those nights where you crave thai but don’t want to spend money and have everything in stock to make it yourself.

A quick fix meal. Use boiled egg you cooked earlier in the week and meal is ready in 5 minutes.

I don’t put croutons in my caesar salads. I use Turkey bacon instead of pork bacon.

Chinese restaurant serves garlic king prawns. They use oyster sauce in their recipes. I don’t use it in this recipe.

Wakame is a great addition to any meal. I buy mine from sushi station at the foodcourt. It’s $7 with 2 serves in the container. Get them to put in a carry bag as the juice can leak when transported.

Another 1980’s recipe for the mince. I don’t bother making them into kebab shapes. I just use the mince as is.

A good steak doesnt always need to be cooked on grill or in a pan. I bake mine in oven and it’s exactly how I like it.

I use organic butter when cooking with it. Bright colourful and tasty.
