Cook with Barb: Rosemary Mint Pork

Serves 1

  • 2 pork steak
  • Sprinkle rosemary
  • Sprinkle garlic powder
  • 1tb Evoo
  • 1 kfc coleslaw side

Method

  1. Place oil in pan.
  2. Add pork and sprinkle l e rosemary and garlic powder on both sides.
  3. Cook to your liking.
  4. Serve with coleslaw.
