Serves 2

  • 1/2 onion sliced
  • 1 medium carrot sliced
  • 1 celery stick sliced
  • 200g grassfed steak cubed
  • 1 cup tinned tomatoes
  • 1tsp beef stock powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 sachet salt reduced tomato paste
  • 1tsp gluten-free cornflour
  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1/4 cup green beans
  • Sprinkle mixed herbs
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1tb organic butter cubed
  • 1tsp raw organic sugar

Method

  • Preheat oven 180*c
  • Cut steak and vegetables into bite size pieces.
  • Place in casserole dish and bake with all ingredients for 30 minutes .
