- 1/2 onion sliced
- 1 medium carrot sliced
- 1 celery stick sliced
- 200g grassfed steak cubed
- 1 cup tinned tomatoes
- 1tsp beef stock powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 sachet salt reduced tomato paste
- 1tsp gluten-free cornflour
- 1/4 cup Peas
- 1/4 cup green beans
- Sprinkle mixed herbs
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1tb organic butter cubed
- 1tsp raw organic sugar
Method
- Preheat oven 180*c
- Cut steak and vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Place in casserole dish and bake with all ingredients for 30 minutes .
