
Serves 2
- 1 cup mushroom sliced
- 1tsp organic butter
- 1tbsp fodmap flour
- 1/4 onion sliced
- 1 salt reduced tomato paste sachet
- 1/2tsp salt reduced chicken stock powder
- 1/2 cup water
- Sprinkle of paprika
- 1tb White Chinese cooking Wine
- 1tb lactose-free sour cream
Method
- Slice mushroom and onion.
- Melt butter in skillet and add everything except sour cream.
- Stir frequently. When onions are almost cooked add sour cream. Mix well.
- For chicken stroganoff follow same recipe just add 150g Chicken per person.
- For beef stroganoff add 150g grassfed beef per person. Swap chicken stock with beef stock and white wine with red shaox xing wine.
