Serves 2

  • 1 cup mushroom sliced
  • 1tsp organic butter
  • 1tbsp fodmap flour
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 1 salt reduced tomato paste sachet
  • 1/2tsp salt reduced chicken stock powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Sprinkle of paprika
  • 1tb White Chinese cooking Wine
  • 1tb lactose-free sour cream

Method

  1. Slice mushroom and onion.
  2. Melt butter in skillet and add everything except sour cream.
  3. Stir frequently. When onions are almost cooked add sour cream. Mix well.
  4. For chicken stroganoff follow same recipe just add 150g Chicken per person.
  5. For beef stroganoff add 150g grassfed beef per person. Swap chicken stock with beef stock and white wine with red shaox xing wine.
