
Serves 2
- 1tb EVOO
- 1/2 large zucchini sliced
- 1/4 red capsicum sliced
- 3 slices red onion separated
- Sprinkle of each: garlic granules, smoked paprika, dried coriander, cumin, cinnamon
- 5 gluten free thin sausages
Method
- Preheat oven 180*c
- Cut vegetables as listed.
- Place oil in baking tray.
- Place vegetables evenly around the pan
- Sprinkle with spices.
- Place sausages on top.
- Bake until sausages are half cooked then turn after 15 minutes. Total cook is approximately 20 – 30 minutes.
