Family favourite Sunday lunch.

There are 2 versions of this recipe. It was always served with baked chicken and vegetables for Sunday lunch.
#1 the one mum told me back in the 1990s when I first got married
- 3 salt reduced chicken stock cubes massells
- 1tb Honey
- 1/2tsp kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/4cup tomato sauce
- 2tsp cornflour
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Method
- Mix together in pyrex jug.
- Microwave on high for 3min on high. Stir until it thickens
- Microwave for another minute.
Version #2 by my Niece:
- 1 cube chicken stock
- 125ml tomato sauce
- 125ml honey
- 2ts soy sauce
- 2tsp cornflour
- Water to desired consistency
Method
- In pyrex jug microwave for 2 minutes on high.
- Stir and add water if needed
- Microwave 1 minute more
