Nice breakfast to start the day.

Serves 1
- 150g Roast Pork with Crackling
- 1 handful curly lettuce
- 1 plumb tomato sliced
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1tb Fat-Free French dressing
Method
- Reheat pork belly on serving plate for 90 seconds in microwave.
- Slice tomato.
- Cut Avocado in half and scoop out 1/2 with a spoon. Keep the other half for another meal.
- Place lettuce tomato and avocado on plate with pork.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and pork.
- Place lettuce on
