Nice breakfast to start the day.

Foodworks Roast Pork

Serves 1

  • 150g Roast Pork with Crackling
  • 1 handful curly lettuce
  • 1 plumb tomato sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1tb Fat-Free French dressing

Method

  1. Reheat pork belly on serving plate for 90 seconds in microwave.
  2. Slice tomato.
  3. Cut Avocado in half and scoop out 1/2 with a spoon. Keep the other half for another meal.
  4. Place lettuce tomato and avocado on plate with pork.
  5. Drizzle dressing over salad and pork.
