This was another one for catering using the Indonesian Indo Mie brand noodles.

Mie Goreng

Serves 20

BBQ Chicken Noodles
  • 10 packets Indo Mie Noodles
  • Red Capsicum sliced into strips
  • Carrot  sliced
  • Green Shallot sliced on diagonal
  • 1 Petite Wombok shredded
  • 2 Whole BBQ Chicken shredded
  • 2tbsp Sesame Oil

Method

  1. Cook noodles according to directions on packet.
  2. Shred the chicken
  3. Cut vegetables
  4. Stirfry in frypan until all mixed through. Carrot is cooked but not mushy.
