This was another one for catering using the Indonesian Indo Mie brand noodles.

Serves 20

- 10 packets Indo Mie Noodles
- Red Capsicum sliced into strips
- Carrot sliced
- Green Shallot sliced on diagonal
- 1 Petite Wombok shredded
- 2 Whole BBQ Chicken shredded
- 2tbsp Sesame Oil
Method
- Cook noodles according to directions on packet.
- Shred the chicken
- Cut vegetables
- Stirfry in frypan until all mixed through. Carrot is cooked but not mushy.
