Add whatever vegetables you need to use up to this warm cosy soup.

Serves 3-4
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Celery
- 1 Onion
- 1/2cup Cabbage
- 1 cup tomato soup
- 1tsp Garlic
- 1tsp Chicken stock powder salt reduced
- 1 cup water
- 1tbsp Herbs of your choice
Method
- Chop vegetables in bite size pieces.
- Add to pot with remaining ingredients.
- Cook until vegetables are cooked but not mushy.
- Enjoy your hot soup!
