Vegetable Soup

Add whatever vegetables you need to use up to this warm cosy soup.

Serves 3-4

  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2cup Cabbage
  • 1 cup tomato soup
  • 1tsp Garlic
  • 1tsp Chicken stock powder salt reduced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1tbsp Herbs of your choice

Method

  1. Chop vegetables in bite size pieces.
  2. Add to pot with remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook until vegetables are cooked but not mushy.
  4. Enjoy your hot soup!
