Great for a rainy cold day. Photo taken before reheated.

Serves 1

  • 150g Roast Pork plus Crackling
  • 1 slice Roast Pumpkin
  • 1 serve Mum’s Oroaric (*see recipe in separate post)
  • 1tb Mint Sauce

Options

  • 1tb Apple Sauce
  • 1tb Macadamias

Method:

  1. I bought roast pork cooked so it was just sliced.
    • pumpkin was pre-cooked in oven 180*c for 40 minutes . Slice into triangles.
    • Place Oroaric in ring mould in middle of serving plate. Mum’s Oroaric was cooked yesterday.  This serve does not have sausages in it.
    • Place pumpkin at even intervals around the ring mould.
    • Place pork between pumpkin.
    • Place crackling on top of Oroaric.
    • Eat plate in microwave for 2 minutes.
    • Drizzle with mint sauce.
    • Add options if using.
