Simple breakfast ready in 2 minutes .

Serves 1

  • 150g bbq chicken
  • 2 cherry tomato cut in half
  • 1/4 zucchini sliced
  • 1tb mint sauce

Method

  1. Cut zucchini into rinse then halve.
  2. Cut cherry tomato in half.
  3. Place all ingredients on microwave plate. Place microwave plate cover on and microwave for 2 minutes
