I don’t eat the buns anymore. This was a nice change.

Serves 1
- 1 Beef Burger Patty
- 1tb evoo
- 1/2 small onion
- 1 plumb tomato
- 1 handful coral lettuce
- 1tb dijon
- 1/2 avocado sliced
Method:
- Slice onion.
- In skillet add evoo, burger patty and onion. Cook until brown on both sides of patty. Turn half way.
- Slice tomato.
- Place lettuce and tomato on plate.
- Add patty and onion.
- Drizzle dijon over top of onion and patty.
- Lice avocado and put on plate.
