I don’t eat the buns anymore. This was a nice change.

Serves 1

  • 1 Beef Burger Patty
  • 1tb evoo
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 plumb tomato
  • 1 handful coral lettuce
  • 1tb dijon
  • 1/2 avocado sliced

Method:

  • Slice onion.
  • In skillet add evoo,  burger patty and onion. Cook until brown on both sides of patty. Turn half way.
  • Slice tomato.
  • Place lettuce and tomato on plate.
  • Add patty and onion.
  • Drizzle dijon over top of onion and patty.
  • Lice avocado and put on plate.
