An old catering recipe for 20 serves.

Serves 20
- 1kg Beef Brisket cubed
- 1kg gluten-free grilled steak
- 2 organic onion sliced
- 6 organic carrot sliced
- 2x 400g organic tomato tin
- 2x 20g salt reduced tomato paste sachet
- 2 cups broth of life beef broth (*bone broth if no longer available)
- 1tb garlic powder
- 1tb smoked paprika
- 1tb parsley
- 1tb thyme
- 1tb caraway seeds
- 1tb plain flour
- 30g organic butter
- Pinch sea- salt
- Pinch pepperO
- Ption: 2 cups cubed potato
Method:
- Chop ingredients as listed.
- Sear meat on all sides in skillet with 1/4 of the butter.
- Put everything in your slow cooker . Mix well.
- Cook on low for 6hrs until meat falls apart. (Or 3hr on high)
- Serve with sauerkraut and German Cucumber Salad
German Cucumber Salad :
- 6 large cucumber spiralised
- 1/4 red cabbage sliced
- 1x red onion cut into rings then quartered
Dressing:
- 3 sprigs Dill
- 2tsp wholegrain Seeded mustard
- 2/3 cup Sour cream
- 1tb Honey
- 2Tb mothers earth ACV
- Sea-salt
- Pepper
Method:
- Spiralize the cucumbers.
- Chop the cabbage and onion. Place in serving bowl.
- Mix dressing together and place 3tb dressing in the bowl. Reserve remaining dressing to serve on side. Serve chilled.
