Another soup night. This was my contribution.

I used The 8 week sugar diet cookbook recipe without the noodles.  I doubled the vegetables to make it stretch. I make it in a pot on the stove. Then transfers to slow cooker and let it cook on low for 3hrs. I used 2kg chicken drumsticks which I cooked in the pressure cooker before adding to the soup.

Another lady did another soup.
