This has been a family favourite which I made in bulk for functions. Indonesian gado gado.

Simply a Gado Gado sauce with fresh vegetables and boiled eggs.

I add thai Peanut Sauce made by local restaurants and just mix together in a small pot on the stove.
- Eggs boiled sliced
- Carrot cut in battons
- Green shallot
- Wombok
- Tomato quarter wedges
- Green beans
- Peanuts
- Cucumber sliced
- Red onion rings
- Bean sprouts can omit
- Serve with prawn crackers (*kroopook)


Chinese Restaurants sell the bags of prawn crackers all ready to go.
