Serves 1

  • 100g Japanese Teriyaki Tofu
  • 1tb pickled ginger
  • 1 baby carrot grated
  • 1 small garden side salad
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 5 Snowpeas
  • Sprig Coriander

Method

  1. Reheat tofu for 1 minute cut each square into 4 squares. Place in box.
  2. Grate carrot place in box.
  3. Put remaining ingredients in box as shown.
  4. Enjoy!
