- 100g Japanese Teriyaki Tofu
- 1tb pickled ginger
- 1 baby carrot grated
- 1 small garden side salad
- 1/2 Avocado
- 5 Snowpeas
- Sprig Coriander
Method
- Reheat tofu for 1 minute cut each square into 4 squares. Place in box.
- Grate carrot place in box.
- Put remaining ingredients in box as shown.
- Enjoy!
