This was originally a First Place For Health Recipe with Pita Bread. I don’t eat pita bread anymore. I used kebab chicken meat instead of plain chicken.

Serves 1

  • 100g chicken kebab meat
  • 6 baby cos leaf shredded
  • 5 slices cucumber
  • 1tb bbq sauce
  • 1tb ranch dressing

Method

  1. Reheat chicken 90 second in microwave with microwave plate cover.
  2. Slice cucumber and cut up lettuce.
  3. Plate up as shown.
