
This was originally a First Place For Health Recipe with Pita Bread. I don’t eat pita bread anymore. I used kebab chicken meat instead of plain chicken.
Serves 1
- 100g chicken kebab meat
- 6 baby cos leaf shredded
- 5 slices cucumber
- 1tb bbq sauce
- 1tb ranch dressing
Method
- Reheat chicken 90 second in microwave with microwave plate cover.
- Slice cucumber and cut up lettuce.
- Plate up as shown.
