
Serves 1
- 150g Chicken Breast Fillet cubed
- 1/4 Onion sliced
- 1 cheek of each Capsicum Red & Green cut into strips
- 1tb Teriyaki Sauce
Method
- Cut ingredients as listed.
- Marinate all together in sauce. Leave for minimum 1hr or overnight in container with lid.
- Stir-fry in skillet until chicken is cooked.
