Serves 1

  • 150g Chicken Breast Fillet cubed
  • 1/4 Onion sliced
  • 1 cheek of each Capsicum Red & Green cut into strips
  • 1tb Teriyaki Sauce

Method

  • Cut ingredients as listed.
  • Marinate all together in sauce. Leave for minimum 1hr or overnight in container with lid.
  • Stir-fry in skillet until chicken is cooked.
