Serves 1

  • 150g BBQ chicken
  • 2Tb Mushroom Sauce (coles pouch)
  • 1/2 piece Roast Pumpkin
  • 1/4 Large Zucchini
  • 1tsp EVOO

Method

  1. Purchase BBQ Chicken and Pumpkin from takeaway
  2. Place Zucchini in skillet with evoo. Cook until charred on both sides. Zucchini soft but not mushy.
  3. Place pumpkin and chicken on serving plate along with the zucchini. 
  4. Place the sauce down middle of the chicken and between chicken and veg in middle. (I haven’t cooked the sauce in pouch)
  5. Microwave the whole plate for 2 minutes.
  6. Enjoy
