- 150g BBQ chicken
- 2Tb Mushroom Sauce (coles pouch)
- 1/2 piece Roast Pumpkin
- 1/4 Large Zucchini
- 1tsp EVOO
Method
- Purchase BBQ Chicken and Pumpkin from takeaway
- Place Zucchini in skillet with evoo. Cook until charred on both sides. Zucchini soft but not mushy.
- Place pumpkin and chicken on serving plate along with the zucchini.
- Place the sauce down middle of the chicken and between chicken and veg in middle. (I haven’t cooked the sauce in pouch)
- Microwave the whole plate for 2 minutes.
- Enjoy
