Turkey Egg Garden Salad

Serves 1

  • 1x My Garden salad 
  • 40g Turkey Deli 
  • 1 organic egg boiled

Method

  1. Make garden salad on serving plate.
  2. Egg was Boiled a few days ago in my Egg maker (*boil egg in boiling water for 7 minutes) cool in cold water *then take shell off just before serving.  *Tip: You can premake them with the shell on and keep them stored in tupperware with lid on. Peel just before serving. Cut egg into slices and place on serving plate.
  3. Fold deli meat in half and place on plate.
