- 20g Spinach Rocket Mix
- 2 Organic Eggs boiled
- 1tb kewpie mayo
- Sprinkle Hoyts Curry Powder
- Sprinkle Garlic Powder
- 3 Seaweed Snack Squares
Method:
- Cook eggs in egg maker (or boil for 7 minutes start with cold water in pot on stove) cool and peel.
- Place spinach rocket mix in small ring mould
- In bowl mix egg with mayo curry powder garlic powder. Mix well. Place in mould on top of spinach.
- Fold each seaweed snack square in half and place on top of egg mixture. Lightly pressing into the egg.
- Enjoy!
