- 150g salmon fillet
- 1tsp lemon herb seasoning
- 1/2cup cauli cheese bake
- 1/2cup zucchini
- 1/2cup green beans
- 1 wedge lemon
Method
- Preheat oven 180*c.
- Place salmon on baking tray.
- Sprinkle with seasoning.
- Place cauli cheese bake in separate baking dish.
- Cook with salmon for 20 minutes.
- Plate remaining vegetables on serving microwave plate. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Serve with lemon on side.
