From store bought long red chili.
Simply cut chili in half. Scoop out half the seeds and put in soil in pot. Keep the other seeds for a future pot. I water it once a week. The photo is 2 weeks growth. This was grown entirely in my Loungeroom in a pot. No outside exposure.
