Thai Red Curry Salmon & Vegetables

  • 100g Hot Salmon Fillet
  • 2 Wedges Roasted Pumpkin Mashed
  • 1/4  head Broccoli –  florets seperated
  • 1 Celery Stick sliced into batons
  • 2 Mushroom thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum sliced
  • 1tsp Red Thai Curry Paste
  • 1tsp Garlic minced
  • 1tsp Ginger minced
  • 1/2tsp Palm Sugar
  • 1tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1tbs Thai Oyster Sauce
