Cook with Barb: Tuna Avo Garden Salad

Tuna Steak With Black Sesame

Serves 1

  • 1 Tuna Steak
  • 1tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Garden Salad
  • 1/2 Avocado

Method;

  • Spray tunawith cooking spray. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the top.
  • Cook tuna to your liking on Grill pan or skillet with cooking spray.
  • Make garden salad.
  • Cut avocado and add to salad
