
Serves 1. Using up leftovers
- 1/2 cup red rooster Coleslaw
- 1 cooked thyme pork steak.
- 1/2tb kewpie mayo
- 1tb dijon
Method
- Place pork on plate. Reheat covered with microwave plate cover for 2 minutes.
- Plate up coleslaw.
- Drizzle kewpie around slaw. Follow by dijon dots.
- Enjoy!
