

Serves 1
- 100g hot salmon fillet
- 1 cup roast pumpkin pre-cooked
- 1 small zucchini sliced and pre-baked with parmesan
Method
- Cook salmon in 180*c oven on tray for 20minutes.
- Mash pumpkin with fork and place into ring mould.
- Place zucchini rings around pumpkin.
- Lace Cook salmon on top of pumpkin on a angle.
- Enjoy!
