

Serves 1
- 2 hard-boiled egg
- 1 wedge wombok sliced
- 1/2 cucumber sliced lengthwise
- 1 cooked chicken thigh
- 1tb kewpie mayo
- 1ts dijon mustard
Method
- Slice wombok and place in middle of the plate.
- Slice cucumber lengthwise and place on wombok.
- Peel boiled eggs and slice. Place evenly on both sides of the wombok.
- Place cooked chicken on tip of cucumber.
- Make dressing in ramekin. Mix together mayo with dijon.
