Serves 1

  • 2 hard-boiled egg
  • 1 wedge wombok sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber sliced lengthwise
  • 1 cooked chicken thigh
  • 1tb kewpie mayo
  • 1ts dijon mustard

Method

  1. Slice wombok and place in middle of the plate.
  2. Slice cucumber lengthwise and place on wombok.
  3. Peel boiled eggs and slice. Place evenly on both sides of the wombok.
  4. Place cooked chicken on tip of cucumber.
  5. Make dressing in ramekin.  Mix together mayo with dijon.
