Cook with Barb! : Mini Croissants

Certainly are mini sold in Coles.

Recipe is for 3 mini croissants

  • 3 mini croissants
  • 30g Smoked salmon
  • 1tb Cream cheese
  • 1/2 Avocado

Method

  1. Cut Croissant in half with serated bread knife.
  2. Spread cream cheese on the base.
  3. Top with smoked salmon.
  4. Slice the avocado and put it in top of the salmon.
  5. Enjoy!
