Chinese
- Prawn Crackers (kroopook)
- Satay Skewers with satay sauce
- San choi bau lettuce cups
- Garlic King prawns without the oyster sauce or msg (*most restaurants will debit on request)
- Ginger and shallot sauce with steamed fish/seafood.
- Wonton soup broth no wontons. The wonton wrapper sends bgl up.
- Avoid mixed entreè, dim sim and wonton wrapper. Anything fried, Honey Chicken, Mongolian sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Char Siu, Sweet n Sour Sauce, Cashew Chicken. Rice and Fried Rice. Chicken and corn soup.
Thai has alot to choose from
- Thai Chicken or prawn or tofu skewers with Peanut Sauce not sweet chili sauce
- Chili Thai basil sauce. I get chicken as the protein.
- Pad prik khing. Crispy Pork is my preference.
- Pad Cha Eggplant or fish
- Ginger and shallot sauce.
- Curries:
- Red Curry,
- Penang Curry,
- Green Curry,
- Jungle Curry.
- Avoid : Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Pad Thai and Pad See-ew as the noodles put bgl levels up. You could ask for extra vegetables Instead.
Japanese
- Pickled ginger
- Wakame salad
- Smoked salmon salad without surami.
- Teriyaki sauce is fine.T
- Tamari Sauce
- Avoid sushi rice, fried schnitzel pieces. Bulgogi sauce. Gyoza wrappers.
Vietnamese
- Satay
- Lemongrass chicken/pork/beef
- Clear soup.
- Avoid : poonsin nuoc mam dipping sauce.
Indian
- Butter chicken
- Tandoori chicken
- Raita
- Side Salad
- Yogurt mint sauce
- Avoid nann/poppadums/roti. Mango chutney.
