
Serves 1
- 1/3 Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning
- 250g Turkey Mince
- 1/2 Onion sliced
- 1/4 Red Capsicum sliced
- 2tb Water
- 1tb EVOO
- Garnish
- 1 Handful Fresh Coriander
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1tb Lactose-free Sour Cream
- 1tb Mexican Salsa

Method
- Chop capsicum and onion.
- Cook mince with onion and capsicum in evoo on one side.
- Sprinkle seasoning and add water.
- Mix often and turn mince over. Cook until mince is no longer pink.
- Serve in bowl with garnishes.
