Serves 1

  • 1/3 Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning
  • 250g Turkey Mince
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • 1/4 Red Capsicum sliced
  • 2tb Water
  • 1tb EVOO
    • Garnish
  • 1 Handful Fresh Coriander
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1tb Lactose-free Sour Cream
  • 1tb Mexican Salsa

Method

  1. Chop capsicum and onion.
  2. Cook mince with onion and capsicum in evoo on one side.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning and add water.
  4. Mix often and turn mince over. Cook until mince is no longer pink.
  5. Serve in bowl with garnishes.
