Serves 1

  • 250g Turkey Mince
  • 1tb EVOO
  • 1/3 packet Fajita Seasoning
  • 1/2 Onion Sliced
  • 1/4 Capsicum Sliced
  • 1 small tin Black Beans drained

Method

  1. Slice the onion and capsicum in strips.
  2. Cook mince on first side with evoo, onion and capsicum.
  3. Sprinkle seasoning over mince and turn.
  4. Drain black beans and add to pan. Mix well.
  5. Cook until mince is cooked through.
