
Serves 1
- 250g Turkey Mince
- 1tb EVOO
- 1/3 packet Fajita Seasoning
- 1/2 Onion Sliced
- 1/4 Capsicum Sliced
- 1 small tin Black Beans drained
Method
- Slice the onion and capsicum in strips.
- Cook mince on first side with evoo, onion and capsicum.
- Sprinkle seasoning over mince and turn.
- Drain black beans and add to pan. Mix well.
- Cook until mince is cooked through.
