This old FP4H Recipe will be in your favourite rotation. It’s soo good.

Serves 1

  • 150g Pork
  • 1/2cup Mushroom sliced
  • 1tsp Tarragon
  • 15g Organic Butter
  • 1tsp Salt Reduced Chicken Stock (Massells)
  • 1 cup Water

Option add

  • 1/4 cup Peas
  • 1/4 cup Green Beans

Method :

  1. Slice the mushrooms. Saute in butter.
  2. Cook the pork in skillet with remaining ingredients until pork is cooked to your liking.
  3. Enjoy!

I made this again tonight. I was mucking around with the plating.

If you want alternative protein swap the pork with chicken and use Thyme instead of Tarragon.
