I did these at many functions and they were a big hit.


Ingredients
- 1x 10 pack Brioche Slider Buns
- 3 1/2 Slices Turkey Bacon cut in half
- 40g Shaved Parmesan
- 1 leaf per roll Oak Lettuce
- 10 drops Caesar Dressing
Method
- Cook bacon on tray 180*c preheated oven for about 10 minutes. Turn at half way time.
- Get remaining ingredients ready.
- Slice sliders across the middle.
- Put a lettuce leaf on each bun.
- Cut bacon in half. 1/2 a piece on each bun. Top lettuce with the cooked bacon.
- Follow by a drop of dressing.
- Then put on the cheese.
- Close buns.
- Serve with lettuce facing out towards rim of serving plate/platter. All facing same way.
