Serves 1
- 1 carrot sliced
- 1/4 onion sliced
- 3 slices zucchini sliced quartered
- 3 slices cucumber sliced halved
- 3 broccoli floret
- 1 baby green capsicum sliced (*vegepod)
- 1 red baby capsicum sliced (*vegepod)
- 1 celery stick sliced
- 6 tomatoes halved
- 1 mushroom sliced
- 1ts garlic minced
- 1tb Italian dressing (or use evoo with Italian seasoning)
- Option: pinch seasalt, 1/2 tsp sugar
- Choose your protein 150g
Method
- Cut ingredients as listed
- Mix together all ingredients
- Serve with Protein.
