Recipe serves 4
- 250g grassfed minced beef
- 1tb evoo
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1/2cup organic tomato
- 1tsp cumin
- 1tsp smoked paprika
- 1ts oregano
- 1 salt reduced tomato paste sachet (2tb)
- 1tsp salt reduced beef stock powder
- 3/4cup water
- 1tb chinese red cooking wine (*use red wine if you have it)
- 1 bayleaf
- 1/2cup drained red kidney beans
- Option: 1tb mexican dried chili powder
Method
- Peel and Slice then onion.
- Brown meat with evoo and add onion
- Add remaining ingredients
- Cook for about 15 minutes until everything mixes together.
- Can be serves with fresh coriander or rice
