
I cook 3 serves together to get ahead with meals and it stops me when I want a junk food fix.

- 1 chicken thigh fillet
- 1 pumpkin wedge
- 1 serve cauli cheese bake
- 1tb evoo
Method
- Preheat oven 180*c
- In separate baking dishes spread evoo on pumpkin and chicken on all sides.
- Cook all together for 40 minutes.
