I cook 3 serves together to get ahead with meals and it stops me when I want a junk food fix.

Serves 1

  • 1 chicken thigh fillet
  • 1 pumpkin wedge
  • 1 serve cauli cheese bake
  • 1tb evoo

Method

  1. Preheat oven 180*c
  2. In separate baking dishes spread evoo on pumpkin and chicken on all sides.
  3. Cook all together for 40 minutes.
