Buttered Basa & Vegetables

Serves 1

  • 1 frozen basa fillet
  • 1 carrot sliced into battons
  • 1/2 zucchini sliced into battons
  • 15g organic butter
  • 1 sprinkle all-purpose seasoning

Method

  1. In skillet add butter.
  2. Season fish with seasoning.
  3. Place fish in butter.
  4. Cut vegetables. Add to pan.
  5. Flip fish over. Cook until no longer pink.
  6. Serve.
