
Serves 1
- 1 frozen basa fillet
- 1 carrot sliced into battons
- 1/2 zucchini sliced into battons
- 15g organic butter
- 1 sprinkle all-purpose seasoning
Method
- In skillet add butter.
- Season fish with seasoning.
- Place fish in butter.
- Cut vegetables. Add to pan.
- Flip fish over. Cook until no longer pink.
- Serve.
