I Precooked the sausages a couple of days before for a quick fix breakfast. 

Serves 1

  • 2 Gluten-Free Sausages
  • 1tb EVOO
  • 2 boiled Organic Eggs
  • 1 handful Spinach & Rocket Leaves
  • 3 Mushroom

Method

  1. Cook sausages in skillet with evoo. (I did mine a few days before. )
  2. Boil eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes. Can be done few days early keep the shell on till serving.
  3. Plate up. If you want it warm, place on microwave plate and cover with microwave plate cover   Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
