
I Precooked the sausages a couple of days before for a quick fix breakfast.
Serves 1
- 2 Gluten-Free Sausages
- 1tb EVOO
- 2 boiled Organic Eggs
- 1 handful Spinach & Rocket Leaves
- 3 Mushroom
Method
- Cook sausages in skillet with evoo. (I did mine a few days before. )
- Boil eggs in boiling water for 7 minutes. Can be done few days early keep the shell on till serving.
- Plate up. If you want it warm, place on microwave plate and cover with microwave plate cover Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes before serving.
