
I love to create new ideas. Combining nuts with seafood was something I wouldn’t have done in the past.

Step 1 with photo with the red background.
- 150g salmon fillet
- 1/4 zucchini peeled into ribbons
- 1tsp green beans
- 1 gherkin sliced
- 2 dots of tartare
- 1/4tsp 1000 Island dressing
- 2 macadamia smashed
- 1 lemon wedge
Method
- Cook salmon to your liking. I did mine in microwave steamer for 7 minutes.
- Peel Zucchini into ribbons. Layer on plate in basket weave pattern.
- Cook beans 2minutes in microwave dish in microwave and plate evenly on zucchini.
- Place salmon on beans on a angle.
- Place a dot of tartare in each corner as shown.
- Cut gherkin and place 1 circle on each corner diagonal to each other on the tartare
- Spread 1000 Island dressing down the salmon
- Crush macadamia and sprinkle on top.
- Serve with lemon wedge.
