My  Caesar Wreath

Serves 1

  • 2 rasher cooked Turkey Bacon sliced
  • 2 organic eggs boiled & cut in half
  • 1tb grated parmesan
  • 3 cos lettuce leaf shredded
  • 1tb caesar dressing

Method:

  1. Boil egg for 7 minutes and then cool in water. Peel and slice.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in Preheat oven 180*c for 10 minutes.  Flip at half way mark. Cut into thin pieces.
  3. Cut cos leaf and place in circle on plate.
  4. Tip with bacon and parmesan leaving enough room for the egg as shown.
  5. Add egg.
  6. Drizzle dressing evenly around the salad.
  7. Enjoy!
