Serves 1

  • 2 rasher cooked Turkey Bacon sliced
  • 2 organic Eggs boiled & cut in half
  • 1tb grated Parmesan
  • 3 Cos Lettuce Leaf shredded
  • 1tb Caesar Dressing

Method:

  1. Boil egg for 7 minutes and then cool in water. Peel and slice.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in Preheat oven 180*c for 10 minutes.  Flip at half way mark. Cut into thin pieces.
  3. Cut cos leaf and place in circle on plate.
    • Tip with bacon and parmesan leave enough room for the egg as shown.
  4. Add egg.
  5. Put parmesan around evenly.
  6. Drizzle dressing evenly around the salad.
  7. Enjoy!
