Taco Mince & Salsa

This is a simple recipe serves 2

  • 250g grassfed mince beef or turkey mince
  • 1tb evoo
  • 1/2 packet gluten-free taco seasoning
  • 1tb salsa

Options

  • 1tb jalapeño
  • 1tb lactose-free sour cream
  • 1tb lactose-free cheese grated
  • 1tb fresh coriander
  • 1tb pico de gallo

Method:

  1. Sprinkle seasoning over mince on both sides.
  2. Cook mince in skillet with evoo until brown on all sides.
  3. Serve with salsa.
  4. Use options if you would like to.
