Cook with Barb: Coleslaw and Basa

Serves 1

  • 1/2 qty Chicken King Coleslaw
  • 1 Frozen Basa Fillet
  • EVOO Cooking Spray

Method:

  1. Preheat oven 200*C
  2. Spray cooking spray on both sides of basa.
  3. Place on baking tray.
  4. Cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with coleslaw as shown.
